Qingdao Green Word Completes Winter Installation of Fermentation Tanks in Russia

Early September in Russia already feels like winter. Despite the falling temperatures, the engineering team from Qingdao Green Word journeyed to a large local farm to carry out the installation of fermentation tanks.

Throughout the project, the team took full account of multiple local factors—including climate conditions, farm layout, and Manure treatment—to scientifically plan the construction process. The engineers not only designed the installation location, pipeline routing, and power connection with precision, but also optimized the insulation and operational systems of the compost tanks in accordance with the local environment. This ensures stable and efficient operation even under low-temperature conditions.

Qingdao Green Word’s fermentation tanks employ a fully enclosed aerobic fermentation process, which rapidly increases and maintains a consistent temperature inside the tank. This enables efficient and harmless treatment of livestock waste while converting it into resource-rich organic fertilizer. After just 7–10 days of fermentation, the waste is transformed into high-quality organic fertilizer—not only solving the farm’s long-standing environmental challenges, but also providing green fertilizer for local agricultural development.
