This article introduces a large pig farm project in China that adopted JinDi enclosed aerobic fermentation tanks for manure treatment.
By combining biogas digestion, solid-liquid separation, and high-temperature aerobic fermentation, pig manure is efficiently converted into soft organic fertilizer within 7–10 days.
After aging, the fertilizer can be used for agricultural production.
The system runs stably, saves energy, and helps farms achieve waste reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment — while creating significant economic and environmental value.
In winter, low temperatures slow down microbial activity and reduce fermentation efficiency. To ensure optimal performance, it’s essential to preheat the feedstock, control moisture, adjust aeration and mixing, and enhance tank insulation. JinDi Fermentation Tanks feature an intelligent temperature control system that automatically adjusts heating and aeration for stable winter operation. With efficient heat preservation and full automation, the system achieves rapid, 7–10-day composting, helping farms turn manure into organic fertilizer and realize sustainable waste recycling.
During China's National Day holiday, JinDi engineers traveled to the Philippines to install and commission sealed fermentation tanks at a poultry farm. The project helps convert livestock manure into high-quality organic fertilizer, supporting green and sustainable farming in Southeast Asia.
JinDi aerobic fermentation tanks provide efficient manure composting systems, producing organic fertilizer for poultry farms worldwide.
