In this project, poultry manure from the layer houses is first collected into an enclosed storage system,
then conveyed via a plunger pump and enclosed pipeline into the Aerobic fermentation tanks for treatment,
producing high-quality organic fertilizer.
The entire process achieves:
No manure exposure to the ground
No odor leakage
No flies or mosquitoes
No secondary pollution
With enclosed conveying, enclosed fermentation, and intelligent control throughout the process, the system operates safely, stably, and efficiently.
Odorous gases generated during fermentation are collected and treated by the centralized deodorization system,
ensuring compliant discharge and effectively improving the surrounding environment.
