This phased deployment allowed the customer to flexibly match equipment capacity with farm expansion, reducing initial investment while ensuring long-term scalability.


The project is located at a large egg production farm in India, 

where millions of laying hens produce a significant amount of poultry manure every day. 

Traditional manure storage and open composting methods often lead to issues 

such as odor, environmental pressure, and inefficient waste utilization.

To improve manure management and environmental conditions, 

the farm selected the JinDi vertical composting tank system as its manure treatment solution.

JinDi completed the installation of 6×200m³ composting tanks in a large Malaysian poultry farm, providing an efficient and eco-friendly manure recycling solution.

JinDi composting tank project at 1 million-layer hen farm in China, featuring 5 × 150 m³ fully enclosed Aerobic fermentation tanks and a fully enclosed manure conveying system, forming a one-stop organic fertilizer production line that converts fresh chicken manure into loose, high-quality organic fertilizer on-site.

A large-scale Philippine poultry farm installed 8 × 150 m³ composting tanks, turning manure into organic fertilizer with Qingdao Green World’s one-stop solution.
