Project Background

A large-scale layer farm in Malaysia, with a capacity of over 1 million laying hens, faced increasing pressure in managing the growing volume of chicken manure. 

Traditional composting methods were no longer sufficient due to issues such as odor, low efficiency, and large space requirements.

To achieve efficient, environmentally friendly, and scalable manure treatment, the farm partnered with JinDi to implement an advanced Composting System.

Technical Solution

The system adopts high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology, enabling rapid and efficient conversion of chicken manure into organic fertilizer within 7–10 days.
