As livestock farming continues to expand, manure management has become a critical factor in achieving sustainable development for pig farms.
Traditional composting or open-air fermentation methods often occupy large areas, generate unpleasant odors, and operate with low efficiency.
The JinDi enclosed aerobic fermentation tank provides a high-efficiency, eco-friendly, and intelligent alternative for manure resource utilization — helping farms achieve both environmental protection and profitability.

This project is located at a large pig farm in China, where JinDi fermentation tanks have been operating stably and efficiently since installation.
Anaerobic Stage – Pig manure first enters the biogas digester for anaerobic fermentation, producing biogas energy that can be reused for heating or power generation.
Separation Stage – The fermented slurry and residue are separated; the solid residue is directed into the JinDi fermentation tank.

Aerobic Stage – Inside JinDi organic manure fermentation tank, the material undergoes continuous high-temperature fermentation (55–65°C) under oxygen-rich conditions.
Within just 7 to 10 days, the waste is transformed into a soft organic fertilizer base material. After natural aging, it can be directly applied to farmland — improving soil fertility and structure.
For pig farms, this process not only reduces manure treatment costs, but also creates additional income through the sale of organic fertilizer, realizing both environmental and economic benefits.
The entire process is stable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly, achieving waste reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment — paving the way toward green and circular farming.
