Composting Machine – Efficient Poultry Manure Recycling

Qingdao Green World’s Composting Machine provides a fast, efficient, and eco-friendly solution for poultry manure and organic waste treatment. Designed for large and medium-scale farms, it converts chicken manure into high-quality organic fertilizer within 7–10 days.



A large poultry farm in Russia installed 9 Composting Tanks and Composting Machines for efficient Manure Treatment in a Cold Climate. The system converts chicken manure into high-quality Organic Fertilizer through stable, automated aerobic fermentation.

This Fujian project uses 12 sets of 150 m³ JinDi aerobic composting tanks to treat pig manure from a large pig farm. After biogas digestion and solid–liquid separation, the biogas residue enters the enclosed composting system and is converted into organic fertilizer within 7–10 days. Complete one-stop waste-to-fertilizer solutions.

Malaysia Layer Farm Upgrades Manure Treatment with JINDI Fermentation Tanks

A Malaysian layer farm installed six 150 m³ JINDI fermentation tanks to convert hen manure into organic fertilizer, improving cleanliness, efficiency, and sustainability.
