Process Flow & System Design
Fresh chicken manure is collected directly from the poultry houses and transferred into a sealed receiving hopper. Using a plunger pump, the manure is conveyed through enclosed pipelines into the aerobic composting tanks for fermentation.
The entire system operates with:
No manure contact with the ground
No odor leakage to the surrounding environment
No flies or mosquitoes
No secondary pollution
All processes run under fully enclosed and intelligent control, ensuring clean, safe, and efficient manure treatment. Odorous gases generated during fermentation are uniformly collected and treated through a centralized deodorization system before compliant discharge.
