Process Flow

Pig Manure Collection & Anaerobic Digestion
Raw pig manure first enters the biogas digester for anaerobic fermentation, producing renewable biogas energy for farm use.

Solid–Liquid Separation
The digested slurry (biogas liquid) and biogas residue are sent to a solid–liquid separator for efficient separation.

 Aerobic Fermentation in JinDi Composting Tanks
The separated biogas residue is fed into JinDi fully enclosed aerobic composting tanks.
Under high temperature, continuous aeration, and intelligent automatic control, the material undergoes deep aerobic fermentation.

7–10 Days Rapid Fermentation
After 7–10 days, pig manure is fully decomposed and converted into stable organic fertilizer base material.

Curing & Land Application
The composted base fertilizer is further cured and then returned to farmland, achieving:
