Project Introduction
A large layer farm in Malaysia recently upgraded its manure management system by introducing six sets of 150 m³ JINDI aerobic fermentation tanks. Previously, the farm faced serious challenges such as manure accumulation, unpleasant odors, high labor intensity, and limited land availability for traditional composting. To address these issues, the customer selected our automated fermentation system to achieve a cleaner, more efficient, and environmentally friendly solution.

The manure compost tanks adopt high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology to convert fresh laying hen manure into stable organic fertilizer within 7–10 days.
