  • A large poultry farm with over one million chickens in Malaysia faced increasing manure management challenges, including odor control, environmental pressure, rising disposal costs, and limited on-site treatment capacity.
    To address these issues, the farm adopted Qingdao Green World’s automated composting machines, forming a complete on-site organic fertilizer production line that integrates manure collection, fermentation, and fertilizer output, achieving efficient waste treatment and resource utilization.

Project Solution

From initial implementation to continuous expansion, the client has purchased and installed JinDi Composting Tanks three times, with a total of 10 composting tanks currently in operation.
Together with auxiliary systems, these units form a complete organic fertilizer production line,
enabling:

The system allows the farm to process chicken manure efficiently while producing value-added organic fertilizer directly on-site.

System Operation

The composting tanks operate under fully enclosed, high-temperature aerobic fermentation conditions.

Chicken manure is:

  • Collected on-site

  • Fed directly into the composting tanks

  • Treated through precise control of temperature, aeration, and moisture

After fermentation, the manure is converted into loose, soft, and odor-free organic fertilizer, achieving both waste reduction and resource recovery.
