Large-scale layer chicken farms produce a huge amount of poultry manure daily. Without proper treatment, this can lead to environmental pollution and odor problems.

To solve these challenges, this Malaysian million-layer chicken farm partnered with Qingdao Green World (JinDi) to implement a Composting Tank solution, converting chicken manure into high-value organic fertilizer efficiently and sustainably.

Solution Description

The farm installed 12 JinDi Composting Tanks in 2021, forming a fully automated composting and organic fertilizer production line.

The solution covers:

Poultry manure collection and conveying

High-temperature aerobic fermentation using Composting Machines

Process Flow

Chicken Manure Collection
