JINDI Engineers Conduct Follow-up Visit to Fermentation Tank Project in Bangladesh

Over the past week, the engineering team of Qingdao Green World (JINDI) once again crossed mountains and seas, traveling to Bangladesh 

for a comprehensive follow-up visit to a fermentation tank project already in operation. 

This visit not only reflects the company’s strong commitment to overseas customers, 

but also demonstrates JINDI’s responsibility and dedication in equipment service and technical support.

On-site Inspection: Understanding Real Operation

Upon arriving at the customer’s Chicken Farm in Bangladesh, the engineers immediately entered the Compost tank operation area 

and engaged in face-to-face communication with the customer’s technical and operational staff.

“Are the operating pressure parameters stable?”

“How precise is the temperature control during the fermentation cycle?”

“Have there been any unexpected shutdowns recently?”

Focusing on the core aspects of Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks operation, 

the engineers raised detailed questions and listened carefully to the customer’s experiences and concerns. 

They not only recorded operational data but also noted every feedback point in their work manuals, 

ensuring targeted optimization solutions in the future.

Precise Detection and Timely Optimization

During the inspection, the engineers climbed onto the fermentation tank platform 

to check mechanical components and control systems step by step. 

With tools in hand, they compared logs, carried out on-site testing and tuning, 

and quickly identified the root causes of potential issues. 

They then proposed feasible solutions, providing customers with immediate technical support and reflecting JINDI’s consistent professionalism and focus.
