Vietnam Poultry Farm Chooses JinDi 150m³ Composting Tanks for Organic Fertilizer Production

Project Overview

A large-scale poultry farm in Vietnam selected Qingdao Green World Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. (JinDi) to build an integrated solution for chicken manure treatment and organic fertilizer production. The project aims to convert poultry manure into high-value organic fertilizer efficiently, stably, and in an environmentally friendly manner.

To meet the farm’s processing capacity and long-term development needs, the customer installed 4 JinDi Composting Tanks with a capacity of 150 m³ each, forming a complete, one-stop organic fertilizer production line.

Project Solution

Chicken manure generated from the poultry farm is conveyed into the JinDi enclosed aerobic composting tanks, where it undergoes continuous high-temperature aerobic fermentation under intelligent control.

Within 7–10 days, the chicken manure is rapidly converted into stable, odor-free, and pathogen-free organic fertilizer, meeting agricultural application standards. The finished compost can be further processed for screening, granulation, and packaging, enabling on-site utilization and value creation.
