Qingdao Green World Completes Fermentation Tank Installations in Southeast Asia

Recently, Qingdao Green World's engineering team successfully concluded the installation of  fermentation tanks  at two chicken farms in Southeast Asia! 

From the moment the installation project began, the engineering team embarked on a challenging journey. During the initial preparation phase, the team visited the chicken farm, conducting a detailed survey of the site's topography, chicken house layout, and water and electricity supply. They collected extensive data and designed the most suitable installation plan based on the farm's actual layout and needs.

 The compost tank's location was chosen to facilitate the collection and transportation of chicken manure, ensure good ventilation, and be located away from the production area to avoid disrupting breeding operations. To ensure a smooth installation, Qingdao Green World's engineering team meticulously inspected every fermentation tank component, from the Fermentor equipment body to the agitator, ventilation system, and control system, meticulously inspecting every detail to ensure the equipment met quality standards and specifications were in line with the farm's production capacity requirements.

During the installation process, the engineering team leveraged their extensive experience and exceptional skills to collaborate efficiently. The lifting of large fermentation tanks required close coordination among multiple departments. Every step, from lifting, positioning, and securing, was precise and accurate, with horizontal errors strictly controlled to a minimum to ensure the stability of the fermentation tanks' subsequent operation. Pipe connections and electrical wiring also adhered to high standards to ensure tight connections and safe operation of all systems.

Fermentation tanks are crucial for chicken farms. They convert organic waste, such as chicken manure, into high-quality organic fertilizer, achieving resource recycling. Within the fermentation tanks, a suitable temperature, humidity, and oxygen environment, combined with highly effective bacterial strains, accelerate the decomposition and ripening of chicken manure.
